Modified Second Order Generalized Integrator for Gan Based Totem-pole Pfc Converter

This research paper proposed the design of second order generalized integrator based digital phase locked
loop for Totem-Pole PFC. the two orthogonal signals 𝛼 𝑎𝑛𝑑 𝛽 are generated by second order generalized integrator and
these signals are further processed by digital phase locked loop. The trivial digital implementation makes the possible
exclusion of usual mathematical loop to absolutely synchronize input signals with the pulse width modulation of current
mode controller, The research approach of this paper is to design a modified digital phase locked loop based second
order generalized integrator for GaN based Totem Pole PFC, The simulation result shows the validity of phase detector
linearization, phase error reduction, improvement of gain margin, minimum phase difference between two orthogonal
signals, lower frequency to phase ratio, high power factor, Noise free input signal for low pass filter, In-phase Input current
and voltage . TMS320F28335 DSP system is used to demonstrate the experimental setup and the 70 KHz pulse-width
modulation is derived using phase locked loop for GaN based Totem pole PFC.
